**Key accountabilities**:
**EHS Data**
- Extract data from Teranga and check accuracy/consistency (analyst); contact with EHS Managers and Site Managers to correct data
- Produce EHS dashboard
- Support analysis : comprehensive studies about accidents

**EHS Reporting Tool**
- Maintain the update of key user for Alstom
- support to training delivery plan
- support to update and deploy the EHS procedures and DVR

**EHS tools and tracking system**
- Support the definition of the EHS Score-cards and view to implement
- Tracking tools to manage EHS plan deployment

**Administrative support**
- support to organize meeting and prepare the agenda

**Competencies & Skills***
- Mandatory knowledge of MS Word, Outlook
- Solid knowledge of Excel and database management
