HR INTERNSHIP

Role Purpose

We are looking to recruit an HR Intern in our HR team in South Europe, based in Italy (Milan), having as a key responsibility to grant continuous improvement in HR operational excellence, while maximizing Associate (Employee) Experience within South Europe Cluster, with special focus in Italy.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or related field
HR experience, preferably within HR processes and/or HR compliance
Fluent in Italian & English
Good knowledge of MS Office and especially Excel & PowerPoint
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, using a comprehensive approach with strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and efficiently and an entrepreneurial approach
