Are you looking for a challenging and dynamic environment where to build your professional career?

We are looking for an **SET Leader - Steering & Vertical Dynamic Systems **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the **Coordination of Axle, Brakes & Chassis Mechatronic Systems**.

As a SET (simultaneous engineering team) leader you will be the representative of technical development (Steering &Vertical Dynamics) in the project for the defined range of characteristics, functions, systems, components.

You will be:

- Accountable systems & components on engineering, quality, costs, compliance duties and deadlines within the technical area connected with the project milestones.
- Responsible for tracking targets for engineering, quality, costs, compliance duties and deadlines or implementing measures to reconcile or adjust in coordination with Product Lines.
- Analyze and find solutions for possible criticalities and take technical decisions
- Prepare report tracking timing and costs, periodically aligning the planner, check plausibility of deadlines and ensuring the
- Manage components / systems accordingly following Product Conformity rules

**About you**
- Degree in Engineering
- At least 4 years’ experience in Automotive OEMs / Tier 1 suppliers
- Knowledge of Systems Engineering / Vehicle mechatronic systems
- Axles design foundations
- Vehicle dynamics
- Project management
- Bench testing for systems and components
- Standard IT skills (Office)
- Fully proficient in English, German as a plus but not mandatory
- Self confidence
- Flexibility (modifications, re-planning, coordination with other units)
- Teamwork, also in the context of international teams
- Empathy and active listening
- Interpersonal communication and conflict management
- Analysis and problem solving
