RICERCA

**PROJECT MANAGER - TECNICO PREVENTIVISTA E GESTIONE COMMESSE**

La persona che stiamo cercando si occuperà della gestione della commissione in fase di preventivo per i potenziali clienti e si interfaccerà con il responsabile commerciale.
- COMPETENZE E ATTITUDINI_

La risorsa, a diretto contatto con il Responsabile Commerciale, si occuperà di:

- Preventivazione dell'offerta técnica della commessa
- Esaminare e valutare i documenti di gare, studiandone le opportunità e analizzando rischi e scenari
- Valutare e redigere i computi metrici estimativi
- Predisporre l’offerta técnica ed economica
- Seguire e gestire la commessa in tutte le sue fasi

Richiesta esperienza di almeno 3 anni in analoga mansione presso aziende del settore edile, oltre a titolo di studio tecnico o di geometra, idealmente laurea in ingegneria. Necessarie: ottima conoscenza nella lettura dei disegni, sviluppo computi metrici e contabilità lavori; pianificazione e controllo delle commesse; capacità di gestione del programma lavori, valutazione rischi specifici di commessa, analisi andamento commessa ed analisi consuntivo commessa.

Richieste forte precisione e affidabilità, approccio propositivo, problem solving e orientamento all’obiettivo.

Completano il profilo un'ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti applicativi informatici (Office e Outlook) e di gestionali aziendali per la predisposizione di preventivi.
