**JOB TITLE**:
IT System Administrator

**CARATTERISTICHE DELL’AZIENDA**:
Azienda di medie dimensioni, appartenente ad una Multinazionale americana, attiva nella progettazione e realizzazione di di gru idrauliche per autocarri. L’Aziende è attiva a livello internazionale con diverse filiali commerciali dirette in
Nord America, Argentina, Cile, Messico, Francia, Spagna e a Singapore.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**:
La figura ricoprirà la funzione di IT System Administrator, si occuperà delle attività di consolidamento, manutenzione e risoluzione delle problematiche emergenti delle infrastrutture IT dell’Azienda e di implementare il sistema di sicurezza interno.
La risorsa avrà la responsabilità di risolvere le criticità delle infrastrutture IT ed assicurare il mantenimento di elevati standard di performance e sicurezza, prevenendo accessi non autorizzati ai dati aziendali o violazioni della privacy.
La figura andrà ad inserirsi nell’Ufficio IT dell’Azienda, attualmente composto dal Responsabile ICT e da un tecnico sistemista.
Principali attività e responsabilità:

- Installare, configurare e valutare il corretto funzionamento dell’OS e dei software aziendali
- Attività di gestione di security, backup, network, e redundancy strategies
- Monitorare le performance dei network attraverso test di valutazione delle performance in tutte le diverse fasi di utilizzo (installazione, utilizzo, throughput, goodput e latency)
- Migliorare proattivamente i livelli di availability e SLA’s dei sistemi ed infrastrutture
- Costante monitoraggio e valutazione del sistema di sicurezza, con particolare attenzione all’IT SOX Audit
- Strutturare ed implementare le misure di sicurezza interne e costruire il Data Recovery Plan
- Mantenere Unified Communications, VoIP, ed ogni strumento, servizio e piattaforma correlati
- Supporto agli End users e gestione della formazione interna (quando necessario)
Si richiede Diploma o Laurea in Ingegneria Informatica, o titolo equipollente, il possesso di certificati professionali (es. CompTIA Security+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, CISSP o OWSE) verrà considerato un plus.
La risorsa dovrà avere una solida competenza nell’utilizzo del Cloud, preferibilmente in Azure e AWS, e del pacchetto Office 365.
mantenimento dei sistemi di sicurezza (es. NIST Cybersecurity framework, risk management methodologies)
Inquadramento e trattamento economico saranno valutati in base alla qualità/profondità delle esperienze maturate.
