GENERAL PURPOSE

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead a team of CS Parts Sales Representatives, across multiple sites, through coaching, support, training, staffing, and conducting performance feedback in a customer focused environment.
- Actively drive proactivity within the team to ensure opportunities are optimized for the business, inline with the Global Parts Vision
- Lead, coach and elevate remote team members in all European BWFS locations to reach their potential using experience and BWFS tools.
- Provide positive insightful leadership to the team members responsible for parts sales performance and work with team to meet objectives.
- Responsible for EVA planning and forecasting for the European parts business.
- Interact directly with customers as a member of the team in person to ensure best in class service is offered.
- Assist in developing incentive, motivation, and recognition tools and implementing them to meet objectives.
- Communicate and coordinate efforts with all other areas within the Customer Value Stream and within the company to ensure that we deliver an exceptional customer experience.
- Ensure team is actively engaged in communicating with all areas within CS Value Stream and company.
- Create reports as required for data analysis, research and pricing.
- Responsible for key metrics pertaining to parts sales.
- Achieve European parts budgets and targets.
- Participate and help facilitate the parts MCR meetings.
- Support and participate in BWFS meetings as required.
- Actively participate and contribute to the BW Flexible Systems team member update meetings
- Other responsibilities as needed or assigned.
- Invested member of the CS Leadership Team
- Travel periodically - international and domestic to both customer and internal sites
- Works with marketing to provide proactive communications to our customers.
- Handles all TCO accounts and communications with customers to grow that segment of the parts business.
- Able to adapt to changing BI tools that are available.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION:
High school diploma or equivalent and additional college coursework

EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years related experience and demonstrated success in a leadership role

- Able to support team members both directly with customers and indirectly by training and coaching
- Proficient computer skills including MS Office, and experience of ERP systems
- Understanding of key business drivers for performance and ability to balance customer, business and team member needs.
- Product knowledge of packaging equipment that we support in the field.
- Understands financial business obligations and works with all areas of the business to help achieve those goals.

OTHER:

- Subject to business calls outside of normal business hours.
- Ability to travel both locally and internationally
- Up to 25% travel between BWFS and customer locations
- Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record and ability to obtain a passport.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Experience in packaging machinery or similar technical products.
- Experience in working with agents as well as directly with customers.
- Experience with CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems.
- Bi-lingual.
