**Purpose of the job**

In **Logistic Performances** management role, you are in charge of defining and controlling adequate inventory level of materials and the management of whole Repair Loop, in order to fulfil Maintenance Operations requirements while minimizing cash immobilization.

**Main responsibilities**:

- Define and execute the Services Material planning and Inventory strategy according to customers’ needs and internal constraints;
- Guarantee material availability through appropriate needs scheduling and follow-up;
- Improve Services performance in term of materials' availability and inventory management
- Interface with all internal and external functions to grant that repair orders would be managed and processed withing the targeted time
- Manage shipment's requests, both from Central Warehouse to Customers, both from Customers to Repair centres, according to Alstom procedures
- Assure the full traceability of broken parts, to be repaired, within the company SAP system
- Support and follow-up the warehouse people, providing all info required, in order to guarantee that all materials will be shipped/delivered to Customers according to maintenance priorities
- Analyse Inventory content for correcting planning strategies;
- Implement and manage improvement plans in regard of Inventory reduction;
- Measure performance in Supply Chain processes and create reports for analysis.

**Key skills**:

- Strong knowledge of SAP and other informative systems to manage materials
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Ability in data extracting and manipulation
- Excellent knowledge of English language
