**Role Statement**:
The IT Project Portfolio Manager oversees the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within the Regional EMEA IT Team and Global Customer & Employee Technologies function. This role collaborates with stakeholders to prioritize projects, develop project roadmaps, and ensure successful outcomes. Responsibilities include managing budgets, tracking progress, and mitigating risks. The IT Project Portfolio Manager serves as a liaison, providing updates to stakeholders and fostering effective communication. This role contributes to process improvement and is critical for project success, resource allocation, and alignment with organizational goals.

**Key Duties**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize IT projects aligned with strategic goals.
- Develop and maintain the project portfolio roadmap, ensuring projects are properly scoped, resourced, and scheduled.
- Manage project budgets, track progress, and mitigate risks using effective project management methodologies.
- Allocate resources, prioritize projects, and monitor the overall health of the project portfolio.
- Serve as a liaison between IT teams, Corporate PMO function, IT Leadership Team, and stakeholders, providing regular project updates.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating the adoption of project management processes, tools, and methodologies within the EMEA IT Team and Customer & Employee Technologies function.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among project teams and stakeholders.
- Balance multiple projects, prioritize competing demands, and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Maintain alignment between IT projects and organizational goals.
- Conduct research, gather data, and prepare briefs and reports for the executive to inform decision-making.
- Support the EMEA CIO in preparing for meetings, including developing agendas, compiling relevant materials, prepare PowerPoint presentation, and conducting pre-meeting briefings/dry-run.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration across the organization, ensuring information flow and promoting a positive work culture.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

**School Background / Working Seniority**
- 5+ years of experience in project management, ideally with a focus on IT projects. This experience should encompass all phases of the project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and delivery.
- Previous experience in managing a portfolio of IT projects or overseeing project portfolios is highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience in successfully leading cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and mitigating project risks.
- A track record of delivering complex IT projects within budget, on time, and meeting quality standards.
- Proven experience in strategic planning, prioritization, and aligning projects with organizational goals.
- Strong familiarity with project management methodologies such as Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid approaches.
- Experience in stakeholder management, including effectively communicating with diverse stakeholders and managing their expectations.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- International experience is mandatory.

**Desirable certifications**
- PMP or equivalent project management certification preferred
- ITIL Certification preferred
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM)
- Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)

**Technical / Functional skills**
- Project Management: Proficiency in project management methodologies, tools, and techniques to effectively plan, execute, and deliver IT projects on time and within budget.
- Strategic Planning: Ability to align IT projects with organizational goals, identify strategic priorities, and develop project roadmaps that support business objectives.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Financial Management: Knowledge of budgeting and financial management principles to effectively allocate resources, monitor project costs, and optimize project investments.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, systems, and technologies to effectivel
