We are looking for a **Commercial Controlling Manager** **to join our headquarters at Sant’Agata Bolognese (BO), reporting directly to the Head of Controlling**.**
Commercial Controlling is one of the three key functions in the controlling organization, you will be responsible for steering and monitoring commercial targets with the specific mission to exploit the business marginality according to the short and long-term company goals. The utmost target is to control the full commercial value-chain to have a consistent forecast and planning at a company consolidated level and to catch potentials and identify actions to improve it.
Your main activities and responsibilities will be:
- By controlling standpoint your perimeter of responsibility will be extended on top of Sales, Marketing and Communications expenditures (costs and investments), to the cars sales and related business as After Sales, Personalization, Heritage and Museum, Brand extension.
- By executing the task of the Commercial Controlling, you will be the main contact of HoC, CFO, CCO, Marketing and Communication Directors, coordinating the commercial controlling team in Headquarter and the local Regional Controllers.
- You will be also in charge of defining from a finance standpoint the pricing for model under development, series and used cars together with the Commercial Dpt ,to maximize profitability while maintaining brand positioning and competitiveness, monitoring datas to adjust pricing strategies accordingly.
- Develop and contribute to business cases and scenarios in collaboration with the business areas to enable value decision making for business opportunities, providing relevant information during the discussion and decision-making process in Board of Management.
- You will be accountable for monthly financial reporting to Board of Management, also with monthly marginality analyses, identifying profit and cost, potentials or risks, and promoting reviews on commercial models.
**About you**
- Master’s degree in Economics,
- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Controlling, or proven experience in financial planning, analysis, and commercial management within the automotive industry, preferably in a luxury brand.
- Accountancy and Financial Statement expertise must be as given
- International view from an Automotive Manufacturer or National Sales Company developing a strong understanding of pricing strategies, revenue management, and financial modeling.
- Exchange rates and customs/tax WW rules
- Italian and English knowledge, German will be considered a plus
- Conflict management, resilience and exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence Board of Management decision-making.
- Negotiations and assertiveness within an high level of integrity, attention to detail, and commitment to financial governance and compliance
