Laundry Attendant

**Position**: Laundry Attendant (Addetto/a lavanderia) (Full time #534046)

**Location**: Lake Como, Italy

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Check and follow up on all guest dry cleaning and laundry
- Ensure all guest dry cleaning and laundry is delivered in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure the package of guest dry cleaning and laundry is elegant and according to standard set out by the Executive Housekeeper
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the uniform room
- Collect guest laundry/ pressing/ dry cleaning when paged
- Ensure all room numbers are correctly recorded and accordingly to the type of service
- Check all garments are correctly delivered by laundry service

**Requirements**:

- At least two years prior experience in a laundry/valet setting within a luxury hotel operation
- Good knowledge of Italian and English
- Well organized and detail oriented
- Ability to work flexible schedule
- Composed and can work effective and efficiently under pressure
- Computer knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point
