**Position Summary**:
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Laureando/a o Neolaureato/a da inserire in area Quality, per un progetto di **Internship Technical Quality Problem Solving **per la nostra sede di **Arco (TN)** in Italia.

**Obiettivi formativi**

Analizzare dati relativi a failure su campo e/o a zero ore e identificare alcune possibili strategie per affrontare il problema. Caratterizzare un prodotto o sottosistema o componente al fine di identificare la causa radice del problema o la spiegazione causale del loro comportamento. Proporre come migliorare processo produttivo o design di un componente. Suggerire come procedere nell’investigazione di un problema e eseguire i compiti concordati. Lavorare in team e programmare le attività e portarle a compimento in accordo alle scadenze concordate.

Il tirocinante avrà la possibilità di confrontarsi con le funzioni Quality, Engineering, Operation contribuendo a rilasciare nel processo produttivo la soluzione provvisoria e permanente di contenimento del problema, migliorando l’affidabilità del prodotto e del processo.

**Attività Svolte**:
Dare il proprio contributo nelle attività di problem solving, nell’ambito della divisione Off Highway Global Quality attraverso:

- L’analisi e la successiva elaborazione dei dati relativi ad alcune problematiche manifestate da alcuni prodotti del portafoglio Dana.
- Coinvolgimento nell’analisi e nella risoluzione di problemi tecnici utilizzando un approccio convergente (Red X of Shainin and Z-Strategies, d-Tactics & d-Strategies of The New Science of Fixing Things) per giungere alla spiegazione causale o causa sospetta da mettere in controllo.
- L’effettuazione di test di conferma contribuendo al monitoraggio dell’efficacia della correzione e alla successiva proposta di metodi per controllare il processo e/o migliorare il design affinché il problema non si manifesti più o si riduca significativamente.

**Requisiti**:

- Neolaureato/Laureando in Ingegneria Meccanica, Industriale, Meccatronica, Materiali, Gestionale, Elettrica, Elettronica
- Conoscenza della lingua Inglese (la conoscenza di una seconda lingua ad es. il Tedesco sarà considerato requisito preferenziale)
- Conoscenze di statistica, meccanica, elettronica, oleodinamica
- Interesse ad operare in un ambiente produzione/laboratorio, multidisciplinare e internazionale
- Curiosità
- Creatività
