Content Creator

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: At least 2-3 years in Content Creation, Social Media Management, or Video Making, preferably in a corporate setting.
- **Skills**:

- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, Photoshop, After Effects).
- Strong knowledge of main social platforms and their dynamics (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn).
- Ability to design and develop social media strategies aligned with the brand identity.
- Ability to monitor KPIs and analyze content performance.
- **Language Proficiency**: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) for managing communications in an international context.
- **Attitude**: Creativity, autonomy, and proactivity in generating new ideas, with a strong ability to work in a team and adapt to a dynamic, ever-evolving environment.

Main Responsibilities:

- Creation, publication, and management of content for all company social media platforms.
- Planning and developing a social media editorial calendar, with attention to industry trends.
- Designing and producing promotional videos, tutorials, and behind-the-scenes content to attract attention and tell the brand story.
- Monitoring performance metrics and adjusting strategies to optimize engagement.
