- MSc or MA degree in Sustainability, International Development, Sociology, Political Sciences, Anthropology, Internal Relations, International Cooperation, Social Sciences, Humanities or equivalent social studies/background
- Prior experience in ESDD, External Monitoring and ESIA for Project Financing purposes with particular focus on Social Components Assessment and Compliance
- Prior experience with NGOs and/or international cooperation bodies and/or international development institutions appreciated
- Demonstrated study or working experience in domains such as human rights, gender, stakeholder engagement, grievance management, labour and working conditions, supply chain, land use and ownership, ecosystem services, indigenous people, tangible and/or intangible cultural heritage. environmental and social management systems will be considered an asset
- Working knowledge of international standards (IFC/EBRD/WB/Equator Principles or other Lenders’ Environmental, Social, Health And Safety standards) is an asset
- Professional proficiency in spoken and written English is required, working knowledge of French and/or Spanish is an asset
- Flexibility to travel worldwide on shorts assignments

**Education**:
