For our new plant next opening in Cerreto d'Esi (Italy), R&D Flat Sheet Chemist will responsible for:

- Develop and optimize existing chemistry membranes
- Research and develop projects and related planning of budget,resources, and overall timeline
- Plan and execute lab experiments and transfer the experimental results to pilot
- and full-scale
- Evaluate analytically results by common methods as microscopy and chromatography
- Plan resources, availability of production equipment, material requirements, chemicals
- Your Profile

**Education**: University degree as bachelor/ master or higher preferably in chemistry or comparable

**Experience**: min. 2 yrs work experience as chemist

**Language skills**: Fluency in Italian and English (written and spoken)

**Required skills**: High communication skills, written and verbal to effectively address all level; critical thinking capability and advanced analytical skills; familiar with MS Office, preferably SAP

**Competencies**: Project Management competence, knowledge in membrane chemistry
