In PPG diamo priorità alla sicurezza e alla conformità in tutte le nostre operazioni. Attualmente siamo alla ricerca di un Operations Safety Officer dedicato da inserire nel nostro team a Milano.

L'Operations Safety Officer opererà in stretta collaborazione con i dipartimenti Operations, Maintenance e EHS plant per supportare la consegna e la conformità di tutti gli argomenti relativi alla salute e sicurezza.

**Principali attività**:
In qualità di Operation Safety Officer fornirai supporto nei seguenti argomenti:

- Igiene Industriale
- Verifica della salubrità degli ambienti di lavoro
- Analisi della sicurezza sul lavoro
- Individuazione dei fattori di rischio, valutazione dei rischi, individuazione delle misure di sicurezza nel rispetto delle normative vigenti
- Elaborazione di misure preventive e protettive, implementazione e gestioni di controllo di tali misure
- Valutazione della sicurezza delle macchine
- Pianificazione ed erogazione di corsi di formazione sulla sicurezza
- Elaborazione e mantenimento di procedure di sicurezza e di emergenza relative alle varie attività aziendali
- Pianificazione ed erogazione di un apposito piano di formazione - informazione
- Gestione dei mancati incidenti
- Supporto su gestione software di registrazione, partecipazione alla definizione delle cause e all’individuazione delle azioni correttive
- Gestione dei rifiuti
- Supporto nella gestione della preparazione documentale di gestione dei rifiuti
- Implementazione dei requisiti EHS PPG
- Gestione, verifica e controllo dei requisiti applicabili con audit in campo

**Requisiti**:
Conoscenze base in ambito EHS, laurea con indirizzo ambientale o esperienza come ASPP junior.

Capacità apprezzate:

- lavoro in team
- proattività nel problem solving
- capacità di analisi dei dati
- esperienza nella preparazione di procedure operative

Plus:

- progettazione CAD
- lingua inglese
