Per una nota multinazionale siamo alla ricerca di un/una** LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER con inglese fluente **che, riportando direttamente all’ HR Director ed in collaborazione con i colleghi HR locali, avrà il compito di:

- Implementare ove necessario, organizzare e garantire i programmi e le iniziative di valutazione, formazione e sviluppo del personale (es. Performance Review e Continuos Feedback, Sales Career Path, programmi di Coaching e mentoring...);
- Strutturare contenuti e tenere corsi d’ aula ad hoc per i colleghi che ricoprono ruoli manageriali;
- Gestire e migliorare il processo di Learning & Training tramite piattaforma LMS;
- Gestire i processi di mobilità e strutturare dei piani di carriera operando coerentemente con gli obiettivi strategici dell'azienda;
- Gestire la relazione con fornitori e partner esterni.

Requisiti:

- Laurea in materie umanistiche;
- Esperienza di almeno 5 anni nel ruolo maturata in dipartimenti HR modernamente organizzati. Costituirà un requisito preferenziale aver lavorato anche in realtà consulenziali operanti in ambito formativo;
- Capacità di sviluppare programmi e politiche HR sulla base degli obiettivi aziendali;
- Spiccate doti relazionali ed efficacia nella comunicazione;
- Dimestichezza con il pacchetto Office (in particolare Power Point ed Excel);
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Professionalità, riservatezza, attenzione ai bisogni dell’azienda e delle persone, capacità di apportare valore aggiunto in un’ottica di crescita e sviluppo.
