**Job Description**:
We are currently seeking a EMEA Partners Marketing Project Manager as part of our dynamic team in Milan.

How you will contribute:
You will be responsible for executing the Marketing and Communication strategy for the house across our Franchise markets, wholesale, as well as e-concessions accounts. Through effective partnership with the EMEA sales teams, you will develop and nurture relationships with clients to ensure needs are represented and marketing assets and events are delivered to the highest standard
- Collaborate with the EMEA sales team to establish and foster client relationships, ensuring that their requirements are effectively addressed, and marketing resources and events are implemented in accordance with company standards.
- Create and execute the yearly Communication & Marketing calendars across all EMEA partners in line with key collection launches, local moments, and product buy. Optimise amplification on product exclusives and special collaborations.
- Work in hand with wholesale, merchandising and communication teams to create calendars delivering business targets and increasing synergies and visibility.
- Optimise amplification on product exclusives and special collaborations by partnering in elevating brand awareness and exposure within our franchisee markets, utilizing innovative marketing tools, events, clienteling, media and digital platforms to maximize reach and impact. Additionally, measure the return on investment (ROI) for all activities.
- Monitor, analyse and optimise daily all marketing activities to evaluate campaigns impacts and performances according to their objectives.
- Create seasonal report for each partner in hand with wholesale and merchandising, challenging partners on campaigns reporting and building a specific KPI framework per partner.
- Oversee all partners budgets, delivering ROI in line with business targets.
- Coordinate all assets deliveries with Image team in line with global calendar. Approve the production of assets by partners in line with brand image and guidelines.
- Ensure the image of the House is constantly maintained across all platforms and activities, creating seasonal guidelines in hand with Image team.
- Manage and coordinate partner events, ensuring formats are in line with brand image and guidelines.
- Implement and propose relevant in-store client concepts with business partners, ensuring execution in line with brand image and guidelines.
- Responsible for overseeing and distributing press materials in alignment with global press strategies within the specific areas of expertise.
- Work in hand with global client engagement and event teams to offer a yearly program of activities to engage with partners clients.
- Who you are:_
- Extensive knowledge of the wholesale luxury market, covering e-tailers, franchisees, multi-brands, and key accounts (previous experience with e.g. Net-a-Porter, Matches, Mytheresa, Luisaviaroma, etc)
- Strong planning skills
- Proficient in project management
- Excellent negotiation skills
- In-depth product knowledge and sensitivity
- Experience in international markets
