Per il nostro cliente, che opera nel settore **del design e dell’illuminazione**, ricerchiamo una figura di **Finance Manager **che, riportando direttamente al board, sarà responsabile delle seguenti attività:

- Implementazione e strutturazione del controllo di gestione
- Redazione del bilancio
- Definizione del budgeting e pianificazione
- Supervisione di ciclo attivo, ciclo passivo,contabilità, tesoreria
- Attività di cash flow e forecast
- Analisi dello spending
- Coordinamento di un team in ambito amministrativo

Requisiti:

- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di controlling di almeno **7/8 anni**:

- Preferibile esperienza pregressa in people management
- Conoscenza della lingua **inglese**:

- Laurea in Economia o affini

Completano il profilo:

- Spiccate doti di leadership
- Proattività e ottime capacità di organizzazione
