Administration and Accounting Clerk

Wegreenit has begun the selection process for an** Administration and Accounting Clerk.**
The figure will be inserted in the Administration office and will take care of the following activities:
- Preparation of electronic sales invoices
- Accounting entries, active and passive cycle, journal entries
- Management of payment schedules, bank reconciliations
- Support in the management of the main tax and corporate obligations
- Maintaining and updating accounting books
- Balancing and management of asset books
**Qualifications sought**:
- Degree in Economics or Accounting Diploma
- Good knowledge of the English language
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience of at least five years, including professional studies
- Good computer skills (use of accounting software and internet/online platforms)
- Proactivity and precision
- Willing, flexible, collaborative, dynamic and resourceful
**Working hours**: Full time 40 hours per week
**Working days and hours**:Monday - Friday from 9.00 to 18.00
**Place of work**: Milan
**Remote Work**: no
**Type of contract and remuneration**: to be determined based on professional classification and previous experience.
