**Position Summary**:
Siamo alla ricerca di un/una **Maintenance Manager** per la nostra sede di** Arco (TN) **in Italia.
La figura si occuperà di garantire l'efficiente funzionamento delle macchine e degli impianti produttivi mediante attività di manutenzione ordinaria, straordinaria, preventiva, programmata e di pronto intervento.
**Main Responsibilities**:
- Gestire procedure finalizzate al miglioramento della sicurezza nelle attività di manutenzione;
- Definire un piano di implementazione della manutenzione autonoma e professionale collaborando con i reparti produttivi e migliorando il programma di manutenzione;
- Coordinare il reparto di manutenzione nel miglioramento del servizio e nella gestione delle priorità;
- Monitorare e migliorare i KPI legati alla manutenzione;
- Collaborare nel coordinamento delle attività delle imprese esterne e definire un processo di make or buy delle attività di manutenzione;
- Collaborare nelle attività legate ai servizi tecnici di stabilimento;
- Collaborare nell'analisi approfondita del budget di manutenzione;
- Collaborare alla gestione e al miglioramento dell'archivio documentale degli impianti
**Job Position Requirements**:
Education
Laurea in Ingegneria (Meccanica, Elettronica, Gestionale, Meccatronica, Industriale)
Professional background
Minima esperienza nel ruolo di 3/5 anni
**Hard Skills**:
- Conoscenza di base della Lean Production;
- Conoscenza di base della metodologia AM/PM;
- Conoscenza dei KPI/KAI di manutenzione;
- Conoscenza della lingua inglese
**Soft Skills**:
