**This position reports to**:
Global Planning & Fulfillment Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Be able to analyze a contract, identify all its clauses, and verify that they comply with internal regulations.
- Be able to analyze a regulation, identify its requirements, and verify whether our processes are in compliance.
- After an initial period of coaching, acquire autonomy and be able to view contracts, tenders, standards, verifying if they are in line with the internal guides lines.
- Supporting in create and maintain written procedures and guidelines for Local Division export, customs and sanctions compliance.
- Ensure that local division records are maintained for a minimum of five years or longer if prescribed in national requirements.
- Provide oversight, policy advisory, and practical guidance to local business regarding export control and customs compliance, including archiving and specific Business Area operational requirements.

**Your background**:

- Student of Law or Legal Science/Economy.
- Knowledge of Italian is mandatory, and good knowledge of English. Both written and spoken.
- Dynamic and adaptable person.
