The Prepared Food & Beverage team offers a challenging position in an open and friendly environment. We are looking for a Global Technology Manager for our Parma Site.
- Management Level: Individual contributor_
- Reporting to Global Sales & Technology Manager_

About the job:
Our company is seeking a Global Technology Manager to join the team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to support the Global Sales team within the Prepared Food & Beverage industry by offering competitive solutions in established businesses, fostering customer relationships, and promoting the importance of sustainable food processing solutions. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing the product portfolio, deliver solutions tailored to the sterilization and aseptic filling of food products.

In this role, you will:

- Support sales activities, participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.
- Develop strategies and focus areas based on input from Global Sales.
- Drive effective competence development of the Global Technology team, related to Industry, Application, Process and Product.
- Follow up on the sales and activity targets and plan the resources.
- Drive complex quotation requests focusing on the technical solution.
- Drive the filler portfolio standardization and development activities.
- Monitor the profitability and performance of the complete product portfolio.
- Manage a team of Global technology experts.

What you know

You have a degree in Engineering or Food Science and:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in the prepared food & beverage sector.
- Strong background in mechanical and food process engineering to effectively understand and communicate technical details.
- Demonstrated success in technical / project sales, showcasing the ability to convince customers and make informed decisions through strategic questioning.
- Customer-oriented approach with exceptional skills in building and maintaining strong business relationships.
- Previous experience in the aseptic field (sterilization, filling) is a valuable advantage.
- Able to adapt and respond flexibly to meet diverse customer needs and requirements.
- Fluent English communication skills.
