Risparmio Casa nasce nel 1987 con l’obiettivo di rappresentare una realtà di riferimento sul territorio nazionale nel Retail specializzato nel non food. Grazie all’esperienza imprenditoriale della famiglia Battistelli, l’azienda oggi rappresenta di fatto una first movers nel canale Drugstore. Crescita e rinnovamento sono le caratteristiche fondamentali con le quali l’Azienda si pone sul mercato e attraverso le quali coglie le esigenze dei suoi clienti, applicando una strategia commerciale di particolare convenienza e forte competitività. L’idea di creare un modello di vendita pronto a cogliere tutte le esigenze del cliente, ha consentito al Gruppo di sviluppare nel tempo una strategia commerciale vincente, caratterizzata dall’ampliamento della gamma assortimentale ad altri settori merceologici del no food, all’incremento del numero di referenze vendute e delle superfici di vendita. VISION Diventare la first mover nel canale dei drugstore.

**Posizione**:
Il **Gruppo Risparmio Casa**, leader nel mercato di riferimento, nell’ottica di implementazione e potenziamento della _Direzione Commerciale_, è alla ricerca di profilo per il ruolo di:
**CATEGORY MANAGER**

La risorsa, a riporto diretto del Responsabile Acquisti, si occuperà di:

- Analizzare gamme performance numerica;
- Analizzare Rotazione banco/Ottimizzazione della redditività;
- Strutturare gamma in base a bisogno cliente ed alle diversi chiavi di lettura differenti per merceologia;
- Definire dei Cluster di Gamma;
- Collaborare alla progettazione dei display, definire e aggiornare i planogrammi;
- Realizzazione Piantine Nuovi/Ristrutturazioni PdV;
- Supportare la manutenzione degli allestimenti;
- Definizione e implementazione delle logiche di Visual Merchandising nei PdV.

**Requisiti**:

- Diploma o laurea in materie economiche;
- Esperienza pregressa di 3 anni in ruoli analoghi, in aziende del settore GDO/Retail;
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare Excel;
- Buone capacità organizzative di risoluzione dei problemi;
- Team working;
- Disponibilità a frequenti trasferte su tutto il territorio nazionale.

Costituiscono titolo preferenziale la conoscenza della lingua inglese e del software Spaceman.
