**Posizione**:
Obiettivo è identificare un professionista che abbia maturato esperienza significativa e consolidata come Quality Manager di prodotto, processo in realtà industriali complesse e modernamente organizzate, nel mondo del Food o nel mondo Farmaceutico

La posizione comporterà le seguenti responsabilità:

- Assicurare il controllo della qualità dei prodotti e del processo.
- Essere responsabile della qualità delle materie prime, della conformità dei materiali, dei semilavorati e dei prodotti finiti.
- Coordinare le attività interfunzionali di miglioramento continuo per la riduzione delle non conformità e dei reclami dei consumatori in ambito qualità.
- Garantire gli standard di sicurezza alimentare all'interno della fabbrica e magazzini attraverso l'organizzazione di audit igienici periodici.
- Assicurare il rispetto degli standard di qualità nello stabilimento attraverso l'organizzazione di processi e metodi atti al costante monitoraggio degli output di produzione.

Il Manager dovrà:

- possedere una forte competenza técnica per poter avere una riconosciuta autorevolezza e competenza nei confronti dei colleghi, collaboratori, clienti e gli Enti normativi e di verifica
- avere sempre uno spirito positivo, progettuale e proattivo
- essere molto presente sul campo
- saper gestire un team di 3 persone, di cui 1 specialista di Assicurazione Qualità, 1 specialista di Controllo Qualità, 1 sul Food Safety.

**Requisiti**:
Esperienza pregressa di almeno 5 anni come Quality Manager, maturata in realtà industriali, meglio se multinazionali, complesse e modernamente organizzate, appartenenti al settore Food e/o Farma.
- Si richiede il possesso di una Laurea ad indirizzo tecnico / scientifico (preferibilmente Scienze e Tecnologie Alimentari o affini);
- Necessaria una buona conoscenza dell’inglese;
- Deve saper padroneggiare i principali tools informatici (in particolare il pacchetto Office e SAP);
- Buona conoscenza delle tecniche di Lean Manufacturing e degli strumenti previsti;
- Capacità di gestione di team, o almeno esperienza funzionale/ progettuale di risorse.
