Von Roll's site in Italy (Trofarello, near Turin) is regarded within the Group as an important center of competence for the development and production of electro-insulating resins. Our customers include the world's leading OEMs for electric motors and devices as well as medium-sized companies and specialized distributors.

Currently, we are looking for new local quality manager. So if you are interested in leading and developing the quality department in a chemical production site part of an international Group, this could be the perfect opportunity for you

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AND TASKS**:

- Management and responsibility for our local quality department
- Responsibility for reporting key figures to the management and initiate improvement measures in cooperation with other departments in case of deviations
- Maintenance, adjustment and further development of our quality management system on site
- Planning and execution of all internal and external audits
- Ensure the integrated management system, process and product quality and improve it continuously
- First point of contact for our customers, suppliers and other departments in topics related to quality

**YOUR PROFILE**:

- Technical or chemical degree with post-studies in quality management or comparable experiences
- Certification as quality manager and internal/external auditor
- At least five years of professional experience in quality management in the automotive or aerospace industry, including experience in managing roles
- Good knowledge in quality standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) as well as risk analysis
- Negotiating, problem solving and organizational skills
- Good moderation skills as well as distinct leadership competence
- Fluency in English, experience in working with SAP and MS Office
