**Experienced Business Manager**:
TXT Assioma, part of the TXT group, is an Italian System Integrator with thirty years of experience, a recognized leader in the analysis, prevention and solution of problems related to Software Quality for the Banking & Finance sector.
TXT Assioma is expanding its team and is looking for a Business Manager with at least 1 year of experience in the role to join our headquarters in Milan.

**Main activities and responsibilities**:
**Sales**:
Management of commercial activities aimed at the acquisition of new projects;
Management of the relationship with acquired customers and understanding of the opportunities present in the market;
Collection of technical-design needs and offer of consulting services;
Participation in the drafting of commercial offers.
**Business Unit Management**:
Management of your own team of consultants;
Budget management;
Financial management of its Business Unit.
**Recruiting and Talent Management**:
Identification of new talents and recruiting of new resources;
Management of employees' growth and career paths in collaboration with the HR department.
**Forecasting and management control**:
Tracking and estimating business performance;
Periodic update of the achievement of objectives.
**Requirements**:
Degree in scientific and/or economic disciplines;
Experience in an IT consulting company;
Ability to build trusting relationships with customers and stakeholders;
Excellent knowledge of the English language.
Good communication and interpersonal skills and a good sales approach complete the profile.
