_**Unox**_, market leader in the production of ovens and awarded as best working environment, is looking for an _**Customer Care - Polish Speaker**_ for the _**UNOX Order Management Team in Italy**_.
- _**YOUR PROFILE**:_
- Minimum 2 year experience in Back Office
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, and experience with SAP system is preferred
- **Good knowledge of written and spoken Polish (preferably native speaker)**
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Good knowledge of written and spoken Italian
- High customer service orientation
- Proven problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in team, meeting tight deadlines and maintaining quality and professionalism
- **YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**:_
- Ensure accurate and timely issuing of the various documents related to the Back Office process;
- Develop and update the working procedures and guidelines related to the Back Office process;
- Schedule tasks and activities to meet Customer Service KPI’s;
- Manage calls entering the system;
- Cooperate with the Finance department to resolve invoice and payment issues;
- Work closely with the Shipping department to ensure that every order is delivered on time (prepare loading plans and shipping documents);
- Accurately maintain customer data base, main registries and archives of sales contracts;
- Handle customer complaints and issue tickets related to goods returns (RMA);
- Provide customer with inventory availability.
