Il nostro cliente è una solida società leader di mercato nei servizi di Customer Communication Management che, grazie ad un applicativo proprietario, supporta le aziende nel percorso di trasformazione digitale.
In particolare, la realtà si occupa di gestire le comunicazioni (digitali e non) dei suoi clienti, seguendoli a 360°, dalla creazione iniziale del messaggio all’archiviazione finale.
Con un pacchetto clienti di oltre 400 aziende nei più disparati settori, un organico di una cinquantina di persone, nonché un fatturato che supera i 10 milioni, la società si distingue per l’avanguardia tecnologica e la flessibilità delle soluzioni proposte.

**Il tuo nuovo ruolo**
Nell’ottica del potenziamento del team Functional, siamo alla ricerca di un IT Project Manager a riporto diretto del Team Lead.
Inserita in un gruppo di quattro persone, la risorsa in oggetto sarà il punto di contatto tra lo sviluppo e i Clienti, instaurando con loro un rapporto strategico di fiducia.
Interfacciandosi con gli interlocutori, la figura sarà responsabile del coordinamento di progetti sull’applicativo proprietario, organizzando i flussi di lavoro e occupandosi dalla preparazione e presentazione dei SAL.
La risorsa collaborerà inoltre alle attività di demand e pre-sales, aiutando i clienti a definire il perimetro iniziale dei progetti e le soluzioni tecnologiche ottimali.

**Di cosa hai bisogno per aver successo**
Richiediamo un anno di esperienza in ruoli analoghi assieme a solida padronanza della gestione di progetti in ambito gestionali/Customer Communication/Marketing Automation.
Competenze nella definizione di specifiche tecniche saranno considerate elemento differenziante.
Completano il profilo ottime doti relazionali/client facing_._

**Cosa avrai in cambio**
Salary package e inquadramento saranno funzione degli effettivi valori di partenza, seppur prevediamo pacchetti salariali indicativamente compresi tra i 28.000 € e i 40.000 €.
Sede: Milano est, con buona flessibilità in termini di smart working (50%).
