**As Sales Administration Specialist, **you will be the **key contact between sales representatives/customers and central office in order to coordinate the entire order process**.
You will control and manage the orders having also a full ownership in sales reports preparation.
**Main tasks**
- Receive customers’ orders and upload them within IT systems
- Check regular loading of orders acquired and ensure daily running of Order Books
- Manage price list within IT systems
- Support the customers with all information needed (product identification, order status, delivery planning, etc )
- Collaborate with Accounts Department regarding customers invoice queries and account statements
- Cooperate and support the Area Sales Managers of the different countries.
- Manage return goods flow
- Produce credit notes when necessary in accordance with SAP Procedures as well as ensure that customers are correctly invoiced
**Requirements**:
- Master’s Degree
- English is a must while other languages (primary French) will be a plus
- Proficient use of SAP system is preferable
- Business acumen and team working orientation complete the profile
