We are currently looking for interns to join our **Real Word and Outcome Research** **team** based in Milan.
As an intern with IQVIA, you will actively support the **development and delivery of Outcomes Research (OR) studies and analyses** to help pharmaceutical companies communicate the value of their innovations to stakeholders by quantifying the economic and clinical outcomes of medical technology.
Under supervision, you will be involved in the following activities:
- ** Literature review** to source the required inputs to projects**:
- ** Support **Statistical modeling **and** protocol development** for **Observational Retrospective Studies**:
- **Perform statistical analysis on IQVIA proprietary and third-party data**:
- ** Support the communication of results through **scientific publications **and** posters**:
**Desired Skills & Qualifications**:
- ** MSc degree in **_Statistics/Biostatistics/Econometrics/Biomedical Engineering or any other related field with a _**quantitative background**:
- ** Strong analytical skills**:
- ** Proficiency in English and Italian (both oral and written)**:
- ** Excellent Microsoft Office Skills: strong skills in working with Excel spreadsheets and creating presentations with PowerPoint**:
- ** Ability to use statistical software, especially SAS, is desirable**:
- ** Interest in exploring Pharma/Healthcare dynamics**:
- ** Ability to work in team**:
- ** Good planning, time-management and organizational skills**:
- ** Intellectual curiosity, flexibility and attention to details**:
Internship duration: six months (with internship grant) - start date April/May 2024
