**Posizione**:
Per implementazione organico siamo alla ricerca di un/una Plant Manager nell'ambito Packaging Alimentare

La risorsa verrà inserita all'interno del team e si occuperà di:

- Monitorare, organizzare e ottimizzare le attività dell'impianto produttivo al fine di garantire i KPI e le performance produttive attese
- Sovrintendere gli aspetti di resa e carico produttivo dei macchinari
- Supervisionare l'efficacia dei processi e impianti produttivi oltre che pianificare l'eventuale revisione dei macchinari
- Definire l'organizzazione dei turni e del personale
- Garantire il rispetto delle norme di sicurezza in materia di salute e sicurezza
- Coordinare il personale dei reparti valutando aree di miglioramento in termini di efficienza e produttività gestendo la formazione e lo sviluppo in collaborazione con gli uffici: Formazione e Risorse Umane
- Collaborare con il Resp. Qualità per garantire gli standard attesi e gestire le non conformità
- Effettuare la reportistica sull'andamento economico del plant, verificare la consuntivazione della produzione rispetto al budget e agli ordini

**Requisiti**:
Laurea in Ingegneria Gestionale/Ingegneria Industriale

Esperienza pregressa nella mansione - almeno 3 anni in ambito food-packaging/logistico-produttivo

Ottima capacità di gestione e di analisi

Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office

Conoscenza del gestionale Zucchetti
