**About the role**
This position manages a large team of both experienced professionals and team leaders in Project Management, monitors project plans, resolves project problems, conducts project meetings, allocates resources, drives strategic planning, assists business development team with writing and presenting proposals, and acts as the primary contact with customers.

**Requirements**:
As a minimum you must have:
- University Degree in Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- 5 years of working experience in a structured and international working environment.
- Experience as project manager, managing a team.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
- Industrial background with a working experience in a similar field.
- Willing to travel up to 50%.
**Responsibilities**
You’ll be responsible for:
- Monitors project plans, schedules, and budgets for projects under his/her responsibility, and identifies, develops, and gathers necessary resources to ensure project completion.
- Manages all aspects of a project: allocates resources, drives strategic planning, and assigns tasks to ensure targets are met.
- Conducts project meetings and prepares reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
- Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and supervises project staff to meet project targets, budgets, and milestones.
- Identifies and reacts to project problems and recommends solutions, such as reallocating resources, changing contractual specifications, and assisting resolution development.
- Reporting periodically project status and risks to senior management and executives.
- Having from moderate to heavy contact with middle and project sponsor
- Being able to wave in different projects streams such as supply chain development, manufacturing and equipment planning, product modifications and certifications.
- Being able to work and collaborate in multiple countries and among different business units.
- Being able to push, support, coach and drive complex working teams.
