Job Purpose

The resource will support the department manager and production supervisors for all activities related to production line management.

Main responsibilities
- Review and implementation of the GMP procedures of the production departments.
- Management of production computerized systems in accordance with Data Integrity requirements.
- Cooperation with other departments (Maintenance, Quality Control, Quality Assurance, Planning and Logistics) in order to ensure the best support for carrying out activities through the resolution of ongoing problems.
- Support of the production organization in order to achieve the required qualitative and quantitative standards.

**Requirements**:

- Identify critical production issues and implement related corrective actions.
- Ensure compliance with GMP standards, gowning procedures, data integrity and process operating procedures.
- Verify and check that correct safe working practices are followed in relation to the company's HSE and quality policies.
- Control of productivity and efficiency of production lines.

**Descrizione del ruolo**

La risorsa affiancherà e supporterà il responsabile del reparto ed i supervisori di produzione per tutte le attività inerenti la gestione delle linee di produzione.

**Responsabilità principali**
- Gestione dei sistemi computerizzati di reparto in accordo ai requisiti di Data Integrity
- Gestione técnica e documentale delle attività di preparazione e confezionamento
- Revisione ed implementazione delle procedure GMP dei reparti di produzione
- Cooperazione con gli altri reparti (Manutenzione, Controllo qualità, Assicurazione Qualità, Pianificazione e Logistica) al fine di assicurare il miglior supporto allo svolgimento delle attività attraverso la risoluzione di problematiche in corso
- Supporto dell'organizzazione della produzione al fine di conseguire gli standard qualitativi e quantitativi richiesti.

**Requisiti**
- Seguire la compilazione della documentazione durante l'avanzamento della produzione;
- Assicurare il rispetto delle norme GMP, le procedure di vestizione, la data integrity e le procedure operative di processo;
- Applicare i principi di Lean Manufacturing
- Verificare e controllare che si seguano corrette pratiche di lavoro in piena sicurezza in relazione alle politiche HSE e di qualità aziendali
- Controllo della produttività e dell'efficienza delle linee di produzione;
