**Assistant Director of Finance per Hotel 5 stelle a Milano (#8982)**

**Responsabilità generali**:

- Sovrintende alle attività del dipartimento contabile per garantire l'efficienza ottimale e le prestazioni del dipartimento
- Rappresenta il Direttore Finanziario in sua assenza
- Dirige e supervisiona i dipendenti del dipartimento contabile, inclusi conti fornitori, cassiere generale, verifica dei redditi.
- Assiste il Controller nella supervisione del Credit Manager e della Paghe.
- Sovrintende alle attività di conti da ricevere e da pagare per garantire la registrazione accurata delle informazioni secondo i principi contabili generalmente accettati e le linee guida stabilite.
- Effettua la Revisione del Libro Mastro Generale
- Coordina la chiusura mensile, prepara tutti gli addebiti necessari, effettua revisioni analitiche dei bilanci e spiega eventuali variazioni rispetto al Budget
- Responsabile della Reporting Finanziario
- Svolge tutti i compiti di Gestione del Contante per la Struttura
- Monitora i controlli interni del dipartimento e crea e implementa procedure operative secondo necessità
- Assicura il Rispetto delle Leggi Fiscali Applicabili; Sovrintende alla preparazione e revisione di rapporti fiscali e governativi e assicura eventuali pagamenti di denaro richiesti in modo tempestivo
- Assiste il Direttore Finanziario nei processi di budgeting e previsione
- Coordina la riconciliazione di: conti bancari, bilanci e operazioni contabili di attività fisse
- Revisiona e autorizza aggiustamenti ai conti da ricevere, trasferimenti ed entrate varie
- Assicura il pagamento corretto e tempestivo di tariffe per licenze, permessi, contratti regolamentari e polizze assicurative
- Dirige le attività di gestione del contante per garantire l'uso corretto e la disponibilità tempestiva di fondi
- Conduce/supervisiona l'audit mensile della cassaforte dei cassieri generali
- Approva, se necessario, ordini d'acquisto, fatture, sottomissione delle paghe, assegni manuali, riconciliazioni bancarie e di bilancio, addebiti per crediti inesigibili e fatturazioni tra e intra-aziendali
- Valuta le prestazioni individuali dei dipendenti, determina le aree in cui è necessario migliorare o i requisiti per l'avanzamento, stabilisce obiettivi, obiettivi e necessità di formazione necessarie per raggiungere gli stessi

**Requisiti**
- Laurea triennale in Contabilità o Finanza
- Esperienza di due a cinque anni come Assistente Controller/Controller nell'ambito delle
- operazioni contabili alberghiere o esperienza comparabile.
- Prolifico in tutte le Applicazioni Software basate su Windows
- Elevato livello di competenza in Excel
- Capacità di assemblare, analizzare, comprendere fogli di calcolo integrati e informazioni tecniche complesse
- Capacità di prioritizzazione necessaria per rispettare le scadenze
- Competenze efficaci di gestione, leadership, organizzazione e comunicazione
- Capacità di lavorare con orari flessibili, compresi fine settimana e festività
- Eccellenti capacità comunicative sia scritte che verbali; fluente in italiano ed inglese.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 12 mesi

Retribuzione: €45.000,00 - €50.000,00 all'anno

Orario:

- Dal lunedì al venerdì
