We are seeking a manufacturing Engineer Project Manager to join our dynamic Technology team at ITT; Reporting to the Director of Manufacturing you’ll be an integral part of the team spearheading key manufacturing projects from inception to implementation, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals and timelines.
Responsabilità essenziali:
- Lead and coordinate technology projects and initiatives, ensuring adherence to deadlines and budget constraints from kick-off to completion.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project specifications, schedules, and documentation to track progress and outcomes.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure all project deliverables are met and aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with external suppliers to ensure milestones and project objectives are achieved.
- Facilitate project team meetings, monitor progress and provide regular updates on project status to relevant stakeholder.
- Partner with the Technology team to identify and propose new project opportunities that align with company goals.
- Actively contribute to the advancement of technology initiatives within the organization.
Requisiti di posizione:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in engineering and manufacturing, preferably within the automation sector.
- Expertise in AutoCAD is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and track milestones effectively.
- Strong collaborative spirit and a positive attitude towards team building.
- Ability to work autonomously while bringing innovative solutions to challenge.
- Excellent analytical, organizational and communication skills.
