L'azienda cliente appartiene a un gruppo multinazionale e opera nel settore dell’automazione industriale. Per la sua sede in provincia di Verona cerchiamo:

**PRODUCTION MANAGER**
La figura ricercata, operando al diretto riporto del Plant Director, ha la responsabilità dei processi e delle persone dei reparti produttivi e del magazzino, con l’obiettivo di garantire le richieste dei clienti e gli standard qualitativi.
In relazione e con il supporto di capi reparto e del coordinatore del magazzino, il Production Manager si occupa di:
- Coordinare e supervisionale i processi produttivi (linee di assemblaggio) e quelli di magazzino (inbound e outbound), redigendo i Report di Produzione (KPI);
- Garantire la schedulazione della Produzione e del Personale di Produzione;
- Contribuire all' Implementazione di azioni di miglioramento continuo, in ottica Lean;
- Garantire che i prodotti soddisfino gli standard di qualitativi;
- Garantire che vengano attuate e rispettate le procedure di salute e sicurezza;
- Collaborare con il dipartimento HR nella selezione, nella formazione e nella valutazione del personale di Produzione e di Magazzino;
- Gestire la relazione con i diversi dipartimenti aziendali, con i clienti e con i fornitori.
**Requisiti**:
La figura che ricerchiamo risponde ai seguenti requisiti:
- Laurea di indirizzo tecnico;
- Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno tre anni, maturata nel settore metalmeccanico;
- Conoscenza dei principi della Lean Manufacturing;
- Buona dimestichezza con MS Office (Excel in modo particolare);
- Abitudine a lavorare con strumenti ERP e di BI;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buone capacità organizzative;
- Eccellenti capacità di comunicazione;
- Buone capacità di lavorare in gruppo;
- Buone capacità decisionali.
