Within Production Services, Pre-Sales is responsible for international and cross-site tenders and offers.
This includes the planning of costs and resources, the support of sales activities of different complexities as well as the collaboration and creation of technical documents and the ongoing support and updating of these.
In this international position, you will take over the bid and proposal management for the Production Services unit for all business areas of the Worldline Group, where they provide parts of the service. Important and essential interfaces here are architecture, service delivery and the infrastructure teams that need to be orchestrated.
These daily tasks await you:
Bid and proposal management until the offer is approved by management in accordance with internal Worldine processesCoordination within the Production Services area during the tendering phase (e.g. determination of costs/expenses of a cost centerQuotation calculation/planning (business case) taking into account investments, personnel, operating and service costs of tendersSupport of sales activities of varying complexity, answering catalogs of questions, provision of costs and rough planning of the projectsCross-country and cross-site tendering responsibility for the Production Services divisionCooperation and creation of technical documents as well as ongoing support and updatesStandardization of sales activities in the transversal area of production services Skills we can't do without:
