- **Head of Controlling - Direttore del Controllo di Gestione**

Sede di lavoro: Treviso**Il Ruolo**:

- Coordinare i processi di budgeting/forecasting/pianificazione economica e finanziaria per le società del Gruppo
- Assicurare il monitoraggio e reporting dei risultati economici, curare l’analisi degli scostamenti e guidare l’individuazione di azioni correttive o eventuali processi di re-forecasting
- Assicurare il monitoraggio degli obiettivi finanziari (investimenti e finanziamenti), curando la reportistica finanziaria verso la Direzione e gli stakeholders (Fondo), su base periodica ed annuale
- Assicurare la preparazione di analisi ad hoc, per supportare i processi decisionali del management ed un adeguato sviluppo degli strumenti di analisi
- Partecipare alla definizione di business plan per nuovi investimenti
- Supportare il business nelle operazioni corporate straordinarie, in collaborazione con Advisor esterni
- Collaborare con la funzione Accounting alle chiusure mensili e alla definizione del Bilancio Civilistico

**I Requisiti**:

- Laurea in discipline economico - finanziarie
- Esperienza di almeno 4-6 anni nel medesimo ruolo maturata in contesti aziendali industriali strutturati
- Elevate capacità di organizzazione e pianificazione
- Ottime capacità di analisi e sintesi
- Ottime capacità di comunicazione e presentazione, anche in funzione della specificità degli interlocutori
- Rigore e precisione, cura del dettaglio e orientamento al rispetto delle scadenze
- Ottime capacità di utilizzo di vari sistemi IT
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese
