**COOPI cerca un Legal and Financial Compliance Officer da inserire nell'Area Sviluppo e Gestione presso la sede di Milano**

L’**Area Sviluppo e Gestione** è parte integrante del **Dipartimento per le Attività Internazionali** di COOPI. Il suo mandato è quello monitorare gli aspetti gestionali ed amministrativi delle attività all’estero.

La figura di **Legal and Financial Compliance Officer** dovrà monitorare e supportare le sedi estere negli aspetti relativi agli **accordi di partenariato**, la **contrattualistica **e gli **aspetti procedurali dei grandi acquisti** relativamente alle norme specifiche dei finanziatori e in ottemperanza alle regole e procedure interne di COOPI.

La sede di lavoro è Milano, possono essere richieste brevi missioni all’estero.

**Responsabilità**:
Nello specifico:

- Supervisiona gli **accordi di partenariato** con le altre ONG e i **contratti **con i donatori verificandone la coerenza con le procedure interne dell’organizzazione e con le regole dei donatori stessi;
- Verifica il **rispetto delle procedure e regolamenti interni di COOPI **da parte dell’organizzazione all’estero anche attraverso la predisposizione di strumenti di raccolta di dati e di controllo;
- Analizza i** contratti di fornitura** e le procedure che hanno condotto alla loro stipula verificando la correttezza di tutta la documentazione di supporto coerentemente con le regole dei donatori interessati;
- Supporta l’istruzione delle pratiche per la **registrazione di COOPI** nei paesi esteri;
- Supervisiona e monitora il processo di redazione ed approvazione dei **regolamenti paese**;
- Supporta le sedi estere per specifiche questioni legali.

Più in generale:

- Evidenzia le problematiche più comuni e collabora alla stesura di documenti (procedure, linee guida) per il miglioramento del sistema COOPI.

**Profilo ricercato**:
Requisiti essenziali
- Laurea triennale in materie giuridiche con indirizzo gestionale/aziendale;
- **2 anni di pregressa esperienza professionale in ruoli simili**;
- Ottima conoscenza dei programmi del pacchetto **Office **e in particolare di **Excel**;
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua italiana, **inglese **e **francese**;
- Ottime capacità analitiche e di scrittura;
- Capacità di lavorare sotto stress, comunicare in modo efficace e tempestivo;
- Orientamento ai risultati e alla risoluzione dei problemi.

Requisiti desiderabili
- Conoscenza del settore della cooperazione internazionale;
- Conoscenza delle linee guida dei donatori istituzionali;
- Esperienza di gestione progetti sul campo.
