HR Administration

Come join our fantastic HR EMEA team The general purpose of the role is supporting the Italian legal entity with day-to-day administrative activities and payroll processing. You will be also involved in other HR activities and projects such as employee engagement initiatives, recruitments and talent development processes. By joining our HR Team, you will have the opportunity to work in a versatile role in an international environment with many development opportunities.

Your role will be located in Milano, Italy and reports to the HR Manager South Europe & MEA.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Coordinate personnel administration activities in compliance with local regulations (i.e. funds, insurances, pension plans, social security, etc)
- Coordinate the monthly payroll cycle with the external payroll provider, ensuring correct payment of salaries and variables
- Update and maintain personnel documentation and data in personnel folders and HR System (Workday)
- Provide HR reports and analysis
- Coordinate & follow-up employees’ onboarding and offboarding
- Support managers and employees in their daily questions
- Support sensitive issues
- Contribute to the roll out of our key HR processes: annual talent and performance processes
- Participate to HR initiatives
- Lead dedicated HR project and or activities to develop autonomy

**YOUR PROFILE**
- 2 years of proven experience in HR in global/international environment
- Good understanding of HR administration & payroll coordination
- Knowledge of Italian employment law and you are interested to keep you constantly updated on the latest updates
- You are fluent in English, in written and spoken
