**WHO WE ARE**

My English School is a network of schools in Italy, France and Spain, with over 60 schools.

It's an innovative EFL school concept in Italy, which uses a common-sense communicative method, allied to online digital activities and flexibility in the approach to the student timetable. Lessons take place in an open-plan school, using multimedia for audio, video and images.

We have a communicative, dynamic method, a professional approach and a team dedicated to training, observation and teacher professional development.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**English Soul Srl**, franchisee My English School, **is looking for 1 qualified, passionate English teacher to join our dynamic and motivated teaching team in our school in Busto Arsizio (VA).**

At MyES, Fun and creativity are encouraged in our learning-centered workplace.

We put emphasis on the importance of training for all staff: full training and support will be provided for this role, as well as the chance to be part of the life of the school through ongoing training, team meetings, events and social life.

We use a communicative methodology, and make use of technology in the classroom and outside of the classroom.

The figure will report hierarchically to the Director Of Studies.

**MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS**
- **CELTA/TEFL/TESOL** certificate or equivalent. A degree or evidence or further study is preferred. Our teachers should have at least one year of experience, including online teaching.
- **Permission to work in the EU** or a valid work permit for employment in the EU
- **High availability in the evenings from 18:00 to 21:00 CET/CEST and on Saturday morning from 09:00-13:00 CEST is a requirement for this role. **Teachers with My English School tend to teach 4 evenings and one Saturday morning on rotation every two weeks, as well as other hours during he week if requested.

There are various positions for teachers with experience and for those looking for their first teaching role.

We are looking for professionalism, fun and team focus in our teachers.

Experience in business English is a plus for some roles.

**EMPLOYMENT STATUS**

A competitive hourly rate on a pay scale, bonus for teaching in company, and opportunity for growth within a fast-growing company. Other benefits include: holiday, sick pay, year-round work (including summer), and flexible hours.

Contract part-time 4 months fixed term contract with the aim of a full time permanent contract
