Primario Tour Operator Italiano, per consolidare lo sviluppo del settore incoming, supportare un importante programma di investimenti per lo sviluppo del relativo mercato e delle attività di gestione in essere, ricerca un Incoming Director presso la sede di Milano.

Il professionista si occuperà principalmente di:

- Sviluppo e implementazione delle strategie di vendita internazionale per il prodotto Italia, con particolare priorità al mercato americano.
- Adattamento dell'offerta in base alle specificità di ciascun mercato estero.
- Gestione delle relazioni commerciali con partner internazionali per la distribuzione del prodotto.
- Definizione delle politiche di prodotto e pricing per i mercati esteri.
- Negoziazione di accordi commerciali con partner turistici in Italia.
- Supervisione e coordinamento di un team dedicato alle prenotazioni e alle vendite, assicurando costantemente un’organizzazione efficace.

**Requisiti richiesti**:

- Pregressa e dimostrabile esperienza nel ruolo, con una solida conoscenza del settore turistico e delle dinamiche del mercato.
- Ottima padronanza della lingua inglese. Altre lingue saranno considerate un plus.
- Conoscenza approfondita delle principali destinazioni turistiche, delle tendenze di viaggio e delle tecnologie utilizzate nel settore, per individuare opportunità di sviluppo e migliorare l'offerta aziendale.
