**Posizione**:
RE:LAB is seeking a skilled Industrial Ergonomist, you will be responsible for improving the health and well-being of employees by designing and restructuring workstations.

Your mission is to create safe, efficient, and ergonomically optimized work environments to reduce physical stress and enhance overall performance.

Ergonomic Assessment:

- Conduct detailed analyses of existing workstations to identify potential ergonomic risks.
- Utilize ergonomic methodologies and tools to assess compliance with regulations and enhance efficiency.

Design and Implementation:

- Develop innovative ergonomic designs to optimize workstations.
- Collaborate with technical staff to physically implement necessary changes.

Training and Awareness:

- Conduct training sessions to educate employees on the importance of ergonomic practices.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure proper adoption of new workstation configurations.

Continuous Research:

- Constantly monitor new trends and technologies in the field of industrial ergonomics.
- Propose and implement continuous improvements to maintain the highest standards.

Interfunctional Collaboration:

- Work closely with various company departments to ensure an integrated view of ergonomic initiatives.
- Participate in cross-functional meetings to ensure consistency in ergonomic practices.

**Requisiti**:

- Degree in Ergonomics or a related field.
- Experience in evaluating and designing ergonomic workstations.
- Knowledge of regulations and best ergonomic practices.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary context.
- Results-oriented with demonstrated skills in managing complex projects.
