**Posizione**:
**Biopharmed** è l’agenzia di **head hunting **progettata per la ricerca e selezione di profili tecnici e specialistici del mondo **Life Sciences**.

**Posizione**:
Ricerchiamo un **Quality Manager **per importante realtà del settore chimico.

**Principali responsabilità**:

- Gestione di un team di 5 persone per il controllo qualità dei componenti in ingresso, produzione ed evasione, non che per l’assicurazione qualità.
- Supporto alle diverse funzioni aziendali nello sviluppo dei nuovi prodotti processi, attraverso l’omologazione di quanto nuovo viene creato.
- Coordinamento indiretto del processo qualitativo della partecipata francese (23 persone).
- Gestione delle deviazioni rispetto allo standard definito internamente o con i clienti/fornitori.
- Verifica e controllo dei processi esterni realizzati presso fornitori terzisti sul territorio.
- Interfaccia con i clienti, interagendo con la funzione commerciale, per valutare eventuali non conformità ed azioni di miglioramento sui processi e sui prodotti definendone i limiti di applicabilità.
- Monitoraggio e coordinamento del processo di assicurazione qualità (attualmente ISO 9001) e supporta tutte le azioni di miglioramento in questo ambito, volte al processo, alle risorse umane, alla sostenibilità.

**Requisiti primari**:

- Conoscenza approfondita dei processi di qualità.
- Lettura e comprensione dei disegni tecnici.
- Individuazione e comprensione delle difettosità estetiche.

**Requisiti secondari**:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua francese.
