Posizione
- The International Internship Program is the initiative launched by the UniCredit Foundation in collaboration with UniCredit, which offers the most brilliant students the opportunity to carry out a curricular internship from 3 to 6 months in one of the Group countries in different business areas.
- We are offering a 3/6 months experience in buddybank Marketing & Products Area which is responsible for designing, maintaining, and developing the products and services offered to the buddybank clients.

**You will actively support the team in**:

- maintenance of the of existing products, in line with the indications of the group, collaborating in the assigned projects with the departments concerned (buddybank IT, suppliers, partners)
- definition of the communication strategies aimed at selling the products, working closely with the CRM team to plan DEM, Tile and Push notifications tactics
- definition of new products’ value proposition and price guidelines, involving the various structures for the aspects of competence in coordination with the team
- creation of business requirements and testbooks documents, to support the development of the products in the buddybank app
- preparation of presentations, board and internal committees’ materials and other presentation materials

Requisiti

**What you’ll need to succeed**:

- Being a University student attending a Bachelor or a Master
- Strong interest in Fintech
- Interested in Marketing and Products development
- Excellent academic records
- Fluency in English
- Confident with Microsoft Office Package
- Full-time availability
- Learning agility, outstanding team working and communication skills, analytical mindset
