The EHS Manager will be responsible for the Pianoro Plant (Wood coatings production) with the following main duties:

- Lead the EHS function on the Plant,
- Process hazard review participation,
- Maintenance of process safety information,
- Ensuring management of change process in followed,

- Lead the EHS function on the Plant,
- Guarantee sites conformity to laws as regards to Safety and Security, industrial hygiene, Health, Environmental protection, Fire Prevention, Emission in the atmosphere, Water exhaust, Wastes,
- Ensuring the completion of the reports request by the law and the related analysis.
- Support management in the diffusion of laws and corporate rules and culture referred to health, safety and environmental protection
- Evaluatation of the risks in the work place for the different jobs (Chemical risk, Manual Handling, Ergonomics, Noises, Display screen terminals, etc..) and propose the most appropriate protection devices for the different jobs,
- Identify and suggest solutions to improve safety systems and incident prevention in order to minimize the risk of injury and incidents,
- Plan and support the organization of training activities for law and Corporate correspondence referred to EHS items,
- Inform/train employees on the present risks in the plants,
- Support the Responsible of transport of dangerous goods (ADR, IMDG Code, IATA),
- Maintain relations with external bodies responsible for monitoring the site's activity on health and safety at work and environmental protection (Fire-brigade, Province, Town Council, ASL, Company Doctor),
- Implement SW standards and programs eg Ergonomics, SW Management systems,
- Support the activity referred to audit (Law, Corporate, Insurance),
- RSPP Certification,
- People management experience,
- Engineer with a chemical background or experience,
- Knowledge of laws and international norms related to Safety, Health, Environment, Security, Quality Assurance, English/Italian,
