**AGC Biologics, azienda leader nel Cell & Gene Therapy sta ricercando un EHS Assistant per un contratto di sostituzione maternità**

**Attività principali**:

- Operare per realizzare la corretta applicazione delle normative vigenti in ambito di ambiente e sicurezza;
- Supportare l'esecuzione di analisi di sicurezza degli impianti nuovi ed esistenti, anche con riferimento agli aspetti ecologici, secondo quanto previsto dagli standard interni e dalle normative di legge con elaborazione di proposte di miglioramento;
- Supportare la realizzazione degli interventi a seguito di analisi di sicurezza fornendo strumenti atti al miglioramento della gestione del rischio degli impianti;
- Realizzare, in collaborazione con RSPP, audit periodici interni per valutare e migliorare gli aspetti legati alla safety del personale e dell'ambiente di lavoro rispetto ai requisiti richiesti dagli standard aziendali e dalle normative di legge;
- Partecipare alla preparazione dei piani di emergenza e alla verifica del loro funzionamento;
- Supportare il Safety Manager nella gestione delle autorizzazioni relative alle notifiche di impianto (sito di Milano e di Bresso) e alle notifiche di impiego MOGM di classe 2 e classe 3 (notifiche di impiego, estensioni, riesami e revisioni periodiche) secondo quanto previsto dal Dlgs 206/2001;
- Supportare il Safety Manager nel gestire i rapporti con le autorità in merito ad autorizzazioni specifiche di sito (Agenzia delle Dogane, ATS, INAIL);
- Supportare il Safety Manager nella gestione della documentazione correlata agli aspetti di sicurezza (DVR, Risk Assessment, verifica idoneità DPI, Change, SOP, ecc );
- Collaborare con il Responsabile della camera calda per gli aspetti legati alla gestione delle autorizzazioni per l'utilizzo di sostanze radioattive;
- Supportare EHS Manager nella programmazione dei corsi di formazione (Accordo Stato - Regioni, Addetti antincendio, Addetti primo soccorso ecc);
- Collaborare con l'unità preposta per la gestione dello smaltimento dei rifiuti.

**Requisiti**:

- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici (MS Office);
- Il possesso dei requisiti per svolgere il ruolo di ASPP è considerato un plus.
