Facilities Supervisor-Parma

Il Facilities Supervisor è referente di uno o più siti dei nostri clienti, ha la responsabilità delle attività di manutenzione degli impianti, degli eventuali servizi soft, del coordinamento dei tecnici e dei fornitori che operano per tali siti.

Nello specifico il Facilities Supervisor ha le seguenti responsabilità:
Preventivazione in collaborazione con il Contract Manager

Gestione della relazione con il cliente

Gestione sub-appaltatori

Gestione e coordinamento del team a suo riporto

Gestione della formazione del team su tematiche tecniche e di sicurezza

Verificare la completa e corretta esecuzione delle attività manutentive (ordinarie e straordinarie)

Rendicontazione contabile della commessa

Supporta il Contract Manager nel monitoraggio degli obiettivi di budget e nell'elaborazione dei report

Almeno 3 anni di esperienza professionale in aziende operanti in ambito facility, impiantistico, edile, ecc

Capacità di analisi dei dati quantitativi e documentali al fine di supportare il monitoraggio del contratto, del budget e della reportistica

Buone doti relazionali e di coordinamento

Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi ed in contesti complessi

Attitudine al lavoro di squadra

Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese
