**Position**:
Our Customer Service Internship is an excellent opportunity to grow specific skills in Customer Service, training a specialist able to proactively identify and properly frame Customers' problems and requests, suggest possible solutions, assist and inform on products, services, information, policies of our Company.

Specifically, our resource will be mainly involved in the following activities, directly supporting the Customer Service Coordinator - Fabrics Europe & ROW:

- customer management
- orders' accurate data entry
- archive management
- invoices, declarations and confirmations
- discounts and products returns
- support to refunds / exchanges

**Profile**:

- Degree in Economy / Marketing / Communication
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactivity and problem solving
- Fluent in English, both spoken and written; other languages are a plus.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power Point
