Adecco Italia spa - Logistica Business ricerca un Warehouse Manager per importante società di logística operante nella gestione degli approvvigionamenti e dei magazzini in outsourcing per una nuova start up nel settore alimentare.

La risorsa, riportando all'Area Manager, si occuperà di assicurare un'ottimale gestione del deposito dal punto di vista operativo e procedurale. In particolare:

- Monitora gli indicatori dei livelli di servizio (KPI) definiti con l'obiettivo di migliorare i risultati nel tempo nel rispetto del budget assegnato
- Predispone la reportistica necessaria per il deposito di sua competenza
- Coordina il team valutando competenze e prestazioni delle risorse e/o nuovi inserimenti; gestisce turni e piani ferie
- Monitora le eventuali non conformità del deposito di competenza e propone azioni preventive e correttive
- Si interfaccia con i fornitori esterni e con il Cliente
- Gestisce e supervisiona gli inventari
- Rispetta e fa rispettare la normativa sulla sicurezza del lavoro (L. 81/08) e le procedure aziendali

Requisiti:

- Diploma ad indirizzo tecnico e/o laurea in ingegneria gestionale
- Esperienza pregressa in ruolo analogo maturata in aziende strutturate del settore logistico, GDO o food
- Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare di Excel)
- Completano il profilo: orientamento al Cliente, doti relazionali, comunicative e gestionali; capacità analitiche e organizzative, orientamento al lavoro in team; problem solving
